Why these four
AIQGM Inc. builds mobile and web software, and reviews and tunes software that’s already running. On paper those look like separate businesses. In practice they keep running into each other.
A security review is more useful when the reviewer has shipped apps and knows which fix a team can actually make this sprint. A database is easier to tune when you’ve written the ORM code that’s hammering it. And new products come out better when the people building them have spent time cleaning up after products that weren’t built well.
So we do all four, with the same engineers, and we carry what we learn in one into the others.
Who you’ll work with
The engineer in your first meeting is someone who would work on your project, not an account manager. Teams are small on purpose. Most projects have two to four people on them, and you’ll know all of their names.
We work in English, in writing first. Decisions, scope changes and weekly updates go in writing so nothing depends on who remembers what was said in a meeting.
